The company has gone through a number of name changes over the pastdecades with the most recent ones being Barlows Tractor lntemational and ZEMCO, (Zimbabwe Earthmoving Machinery Company) amongst several. The company is a joint venture business 51% owned by Zimplow Holdings Limited, a Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed company and 49% by Barloworld Equipment UK Ltd.
