CHT Institute appreciates that training is a process of learning a sequence of programmed behaviour. CHT Institute gives people an awareness of the rules and procedures to guide their behaviour in an attempt to improve their performance and application of knowledge. Thus we unleash training that provides knowledge and skills required to perform the job.

We endeavour to provide training as a successful method of reducing accidents, reducing waste and improving quality.
