We identify and secure land around a country, develop key infrastructure i.e roads, water, electricity and internet infrastructure and then sell stands for residential and commercial purposes. We strategically plan to diversify our land portfolio this year both around Zimbabwe and within the SADC region. We also provide building materials through our sister company, Ark Hardware.
