Lexware Inc. was founded in 2014 by lawyers Simba Mubvuma and Blessing Makuni who were, at the time, law students in Zimbabwe. Their first mission was creating a tool that allowed law students to access key legal resources on their mobile phones even without the internet. This was at a time when internet access was very limited and beyond the means of many students. Over the past 7 years, Lexware Inc. has expanded its team and its scope, providing its solutions to some of the largest law firms in Zimbabwe and across Southern Africa. Our technology now focuses on increasing efficiency in legal systems, not only placing our clients as market leaders in the various countries in which we operate, but allowing small businesses to interact with legal systems better and at lower costs. Named by the World Youth Forum (WYF) as the next 100 startups in Africa, Lexware Inc. is committed to change the law for good. Through our young, vibrant and talented team of developers and innovators from across Africa, the company continues to increase its impact on justice systems across Africa.
