Richmond Furniture

The Company started as a division of Adam Bede in 2010; manufacturing lounge suites and middle level furniture under the Richmond Furniture brand. Kitchens and home fittings were added to the division’s portfolio in 2011. Adam Bede discontinued the division’s operations at the end of 2015; following which an offer by the former Managing Director and other staff to continue with the operations was made resulting in the birth of Roost Custom Manufacturing, with Richmond Furniture and Vintage Cabinetry as its operating divisions. The company is a private limited company. We currently have a staff complement of 32 and operate from Graniteside industrial area in Harare. We are part of a fairly resilient furniture manufacturing industry.
