The Michael Project: Reaching children at risk in Zimbabwe
We are working in Zimbabwe caring for orphaned and vulnerable children. By addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through church-based community programs, we are able to give these children a hope and a future.
Our mission is to advocate for orphans and children at risk by mobilizing the church to biblically care for vulnerable children.
There are currently more than 1.8 million orphaned children in Zimbabwe and only 0.5% of these are in residential care homes.
Our main goals are to care for these children while advocating for change in their lives. We do this by mobilizing the church to support them through our preschools and invite some of them into foster and forever families.
